What data we collect

Through the inquiry form: your email address, phone number and message.
To fulfil an order: your name, contact details and, if needed, invoice details.
The materials you hand in (tapes, film, slides) are processed only to fulfil your order.

How we use data

To answer your inquiry and give a quote.
To fulfil the order, invoice you and return your materials.
To meet our accounting obligations.

How long we keep data

Inquiries are kept for up to 12 months. Digitized files are kept for 10 days after handover and then deleted. Accounting records are kept for the period required by law.

Sharing data

We do not sell or rent personal data. Our service providers (email, web hosting, cloud storage, parcel lockers) may process data only to provide their service.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, restrict its processing and object to it. Write to us at info@kasseta.ee. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).

The website uses Google Analytics for visit statistics and Google reCAPTCHA to protect the inquiry form from spam. These services may use cookies and process your IP address.
